Neighbors
Ray G. writes: Yesterday, during this very nice, warm, spring-like weather, my wife and I went for a walk around the neighborhood (as we usually do in the warm weather months), and in our pleasant little middle-class neighborhood and town we came around a corner onto another street and there was a house on the corner, with two Muslim women, dressed in all black “niqabs” (essentially a large piece of material, like a poncho, with only an opening for the neck/head). They had a small table with chairs on their front lawn, each smoking a hookah pipe. Ah, suburbia USA! Posted by Lawrence Auster at March 18, 2012 05:35 PM | Send Email entry |
