Seattle Times:
A North Bend man “had no choice” when he shot and killed an intruder who broke into his home and threatened to kill him late Friday night, according to a spokeswoman for the King County Sheriff’s Office.
The 46-year-old man and his girlfriend awoke to the sound of glass breaking when the intruder threw a propane tank through their back sliding-glass door in the 400 block of South Orchard Drive about 11:40 p.m.
Despite several warnings, the intruder broke into a bedroom where the couple had fled and was shot, according to Sgt. Cindi West, sheriff’s spokeswoman.
The intruder was not armed, but “the victims did not know that,” she added.
“The resident actually showed extreme restraint,” West said. “He repeatedly yelled that he had a gun, that he [the intruder] needed to leave, and he didn’t confront the suspect.”

Do you want to know if he looked like Obama’s son, if Obama had a son?
The resident warned the intruder that he had a gun, and the intruder yelled: “Where you at, I’m gonna (expletive) you up. I’m gonna kill you,” according to West.
No other identifiers are available at the moment.
