Imagine, that we have a president so hostile to, and so apparently ignorant of, the American system that such an order, and such an explanation, were needed.

UPDATE: Here is the article from Fox News about the single-spaced, three page letter which the attorney general, as demanded, sent to federal appeals court judge Jerry Smith explaining that, notwithstanding Obama’s incredible statement to the contrary, federal courts have the authority to overrule statutes if they are found in violation of the Constitution.
