French Socialists want to have it both ways

Mark Richardson at Oz Conservative writes:

French socialists are committed to dissolving France through open borders and an EU superstate, but then they make an appeal to patriotism to keep people paying a 75% tax rate.

You really have to wonder at what goes through the minds of these people. They want to erase national loyalties whilst still relying on people staying loyal to the nation.

I think the French Socialists’ reply to Mr. Richardson would be that true French patriotism consists in loyalty to the dissolution of France through open borders and an EU superstate.
