Obama saved by Roberts

By turning the mandate into a tax Roberts basically rewrote the law for Obama in order to make it “constitutional.” Apparently that’s the job of the Supreme Court nowadays.

That seems to be what happened. Kennedy voted to overturn the mandate, and Roberts switched sides to save Obama.
