Certain tattoos not wanted in U.S.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Mexicans with horrific tattoos have been denied visas to enter the United States even though they had no criminal records. Imagine that! Apparently our border guardians have the temerity to think that someone with gang tattoos might be a member of a criminal gang. Clearly they are racists and enemies of freedom of expression!
