The regime of hysterical, unthinking liberalism

A deaf pre-schooler named “Hunter” was told by his school district that he could not identify himself by his own name. It seems that the sign language symbol for “Hunter” looks like a child making his hand and fingers into the shape of a gun, which violates the school district’s policy on weapons, violence, etc. After a public outcry, the school district backed down.

Michael Fumento in his column has periodically asked how a site such as The Onion can stay in business in this age, given that they cannot make up satirical stories that are more outlandish than the true stories we read in the newspapers.
