The day before the debate, Border Patrol agent Nicholas Ivie was shot dead near Bisbee, Arizona. Michelle Malkin brings out the news that Ivie and other Border Patrol agents—including Brian Terry, killed two years ago as a result of Fast and Furious—have been under standing orders to use non-lethal ammunition.
