Precise definition of “random attack”
In the entry on the murder of college football player Timothy McNerney, I wrote:
When police describe an attack as “random,” that has a very precise meaning. It means that blacks saw a white person they were unacquainted with, and, because the white person was white, they proceeded to injure or kill him.
